In this installment of Mooresville Moments (1999), local historian and retired MPL Indiana Room Librarian Wanda Potts (1966-2002) presented another newspaper column examining the life and history of Mary Ida Fogleman, granddaughter of Eliza and Samuel Moore, founder of Mooresville, Indiana.
